Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in the area! You will work on a small team supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and some related duties. This person will work in-office and will be supporting multiple manufacturing sites, regularly prioritizing multiple tasks at once. You will process invoices using 3-way matching with a close attention to detail. This person will also support reconciliations, generating checks, and posting cash receipts. This position offers full time hours.
- Must have 2+ years of AP experience with a preference for some AR work as well
- Must have experience with 3-way matching processes
- Must have worked with an accounting and ERP software previously
- Must have experience processing invoices on a regular basis, ideally 50+ per week
