Part-Time or Full-Time Window World of Boston is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills who takes pride in accuracy and staying organized. Responsibilities
Process and enter vendor invoices
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
Code invoices to the appropriate accounts
Prepare and process vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounts payable records
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
Assist with month-end accounting and reporting
Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time
Qualifications
Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills
High school diploma required; accounting or finance education is a plus
