Location: Holland, MI
Compensation: $18.00-$20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Audit and review electronic invoices received through the system to ensure accuracy before processing
• 
  
• Route invoices to the appropriate approvers and manage workflow to keep invoices moving efficiently
• 
  
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and resolve discrepancies when possible
• 
  
• Perform final quality checks before escalating more complex issues
• 
  
• Enter invoice data accurately into the accounting system
• 
  
• Process approximately 250-400 invoices per week
• 
  
• Handle a mix of purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, including both three-way match and manual invoice processing
• 
  

Qualifications

Required:

• 
  
• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating computer systems
• 
  
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and stay organized
• 
  

Preferred:

• 
  
• Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Experience using Epicor ERP
•
