Pay: $52,000 - $55,000

Must have Yardi experience, No exceptions

Weekly Assignments

Email inbox is checked for daily requests and inquiries

• Vendor setup using W9
• Check voids and reissues
• Setup Tenants as vendors to cut checks
• Payment status

Invoice entries into accounting system requested through

• Controller
• Properties
• Internet Portals
• Email

Payment status sent to vendors

• Package Express
• Office Depot (when requested through email)

Emailing invoices to property administrator

• Retrieved from internet portal

Check run

• Completed every Wednesday at the end of the workday
• Checks are signed Thursday morning
• Check distributed on by Mail, FedEx, Carrier

Monthly Assignments

Utility invoices are retrieved and are entered into the accounting system

Month-End-Close

Reconcile for funds allocations

Annual Assignment

Year End 1099 Process

Miscellaneous Assignment

• Order supplies as needed
