What You’ll Do



  • Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies or inquiries

  • Perform 3-way matching and ensure proper coding/approvals

  • Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments

  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain organized AP records

  • Assist with month-end close tasks and reporting as needed



What You Bring



  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflow

  • Experience with accounting systems/ERP and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal coordination

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Indianapolis
