Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist. AP Clerk. NextStep Recruiting is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk for a national organization out of Irving, TX, for a contract-to-hire opportunity that will start the week of June 19th. Our client is a very stable, medium-sized organization that still runs a fairly manual process, so candidates must be ok with some data entry of invoices into an AS400 system and some manual processing. The manager is fantastic, and the successful candidate will have a great team to work with. 

Candidates should have:

• At least 2+ years of corporate Accounts Payable experience
• Strong, intermediate Excel skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to problem-solve

This role is 100% onsite, M-F, at their Irving, TX location, so a commute to Irving must be ok. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity - only candidates who are ultimately interested in the role becoming permanent should apply. Thank you!
