If so, we'd love to have you on our team.As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Granger, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial operations that keep our projects moving forward. From processing invoices to supporting payroll and maintaining accurate records, your work ensures efficiency, compliance, and strong financial stewardship.You will:Provide day-to-day support of the accounts payable function, including invoice receipt, scanning, processing, verification, and paymentReview and process employee expense reports accurately and timelyRespond to lien-related inquiries and support compliance documentationMaintain organized records through document management, filing, and scanningServe as a backup to payroll processing, including training alongside the Payroll Processing Manager and stepping in as neededSupport additional accounting and administrative tasks in partnership with the CFO and ControllerContribute to process improvements and help maintain efficient, accurate workflowsWhat You BringYou're reliable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work.
