Accounts Payable Specialist (Law Firm)

Location: Lancaster, PA

Overview:

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with prior law firm experience to support their accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and vendor payments

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain financial records

  • Assist with month-end close

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience required

  • Law firm experience strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000
