Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Must-Have Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting required.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience using Concur expense management software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

A Look at Your Day

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Manage accounts payable workflows and respond to payment inquiries.
• Review and reconcile company credit card statements and expense reports.
• Enter accounting data accurately into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances and maintain vendor records.
• Collect and maintain W-9 documentation for vendors.
• Reconcile general ledger subsidiary accounts related to accounts payable, prepayments, use tax, and cash disbursements.
• Process weekly check runs.
• Support daily banking activities, including fund transfers and account monitoring.
• Assist with domestic and international electronic payments, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accounting records and files for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
• Provide administrative and accounting support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
