Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices in Oracle ERP.
• 
  
• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy.
• 
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• 
  
• Perform accurate, high-volume data entry.
• 
  
• Scan, organize, and electronically file accounting documents.
• 
  
• Support the accounting team with additional AP projects as needed.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• 
  
• Experience with an ERP system (Oracle experience is a plus).
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the accounting team.
• 
  
• No degree required.
•
