About the Opportunity – Accounts Payable Specialist
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced accounting team supporting high-volume invoice processing and vendor payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while working closely with internal departments and external vendors. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys structured work with clear deadlines.

Key Responsibilities – Accounts Payable Specialist

Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
Maintain organized AP files and documentation
Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed

Qualifications – Accounts Payable Specialist

2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
