Key Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• Process high-volume invoices and vendor payments accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• Code expenses and maintain accounts payable records across multiple entities
• 
  
• Manage credit card transactions, expense reporting, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Process and track utility payments and related accounting activities
• 
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial transaction reviews
• 
  
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• 
  
• Assist with 1099 reporting, property tax support, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Collaborate with accounting leadership to provide general accounting support as needed
• 
  
• Generate reports and maintain accurate financial records
• 
  

Qualifications - Accounts Payable Specialist

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• High-volume accounts payable processing experience
• 
  
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-location accounting environment
• 
  
• Strong reconciliation experience, including bank and expense reconciliations
• 
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• 
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience using Ramp expense management software
• 
  
• NetSuite ERP experience
• 
  
• Real estate or property management industry experience
• 
  
• Experience with 1099 processing
• 
  
• Exposure to property tax accounting
• 
  
• General accounting experience beyond accounts payable
• 
  
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes
•
