Accounts Payable Specialist | High-Volume AP | Onsite
This Northern California company is growing and hiring to add additional support to their finance and accounting teams. Looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for processing high-volume invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities.
* 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
* Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or packaged goods experience preferred
* ERP experience required; Sage is a plus, not required
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
100% Onsite
Pay: $33-$44 hourly
