Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team in California. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in accounts payable, particularly in the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payables efficiently and accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
• Utilize Sage systems to manage financial records and accounts, leveraging experience with the software to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the finance department.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency with Sage systems is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday

Additional Details:

Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour
