CFS is partnered with a construction company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Rockland, MA (100% onsite)

• Ensure all AP invoices are processed, matched to POs, and reconciled accurately for on-time payments
• 
  
• Manage credit card imports, reconciliations, and exceptions using Excel and in-system tools
• 
  
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepancies quickly and professionally
• 
  
• Contribute to administrative projects and organization-wide digital transformation initiatives• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals
  
  
• 
  

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Construction or related industry experience preferred
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• 
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
