Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to support daily Accounts Payable (AP) disbursement operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft and/or SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable invoices, transactions, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain invoice and payment data in AP and ERP systems.
- Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
- Research and resolve invoice exceptions, discrepancies, and processing issues.
- Monitor and respond to Accounts Payable group mailbox emails and requests.
- Process payable invoices and ensure transactions are completed within established timelines.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience with a strong focus on invoice and transaction processing.
- High-volume data entry experience, preferably within an Accounts Payable environment.
- Experience processing invoices, transactions, and payments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve invoice exceptions.
- Ability to work MondayFriday onsite.
