About the Role Rudolph Community and Care (RCC) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support the organization's financial operations through accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and related administrative functions. This is a regular, part-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, payment processing, expense reconciliation, corporate card administration, utility account coordination, technology asset administration, and supporting month-end and year-end financial activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
