Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
Setting: Hybrid (Remote Mon/Fri | Onsite TuesThurs)
Hours: Full time
Pay: $23-26/hour
Were hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative team supporting high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Process ~7001,000 invoices monthly with a high degree of accuracy
- Perform 2-way & 3-way matching, coding, and approvals
- Manage heavy manual data entry and ensure timely processing
- Support AP workflows during/after system transitions (Workday)
- Collaborate with a team of 7 (analysts + specialists)
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume
- Experience with Workday (highly preferred), Oracle (view access), and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots)
- Solid analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Self-starter with strong time management
