Global Healthcare organization HQ is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with strong full-cycle AP experience to join a growing finance team.

Qualifications

 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required in healthcare or Medical related environment

 Experience with Infor/Lawson or other large ERP systems

 Strong Microsoft Excel skills

 High School Diploma required; Business, Finance, or Accounting degree preferred

 Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

 ServiceNow experience a plus

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP)
• Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA)
• Accounts Payable Manager (APM)
• Accredited Procure-to-Pay Manager (APPM)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations
• Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Resolve payment and vendor discrepancies
• Support month-end close and audit activities
• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and healthcare regulations
• Leverage Excel and financial systems to improve efficiency and reporting
