This role will focus on client servicing and collaborate with account managers, carriers, internal operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do / Your ImpactOperational & Accounting Support- Support Accounts Payable operations by receiving, gathering, and filing vendor and carrier invoices and statements
- Review payable invoices and statements against matching records in the accounting system
- Perform data entry of vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately and on time
- Conduct initial reviews of check requests and process payments through the accounting system
- Review shared accounting inboxes, route correspondence appropriately, and follow up on pending items
- Update and maintain working files used by the payables team
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with internal accounting associates and account managers to resolve invoice questions and discrepancies
- Provide backup support to the Accounting Processor on the receivables side as needed
- Support the Accounting team with various tasks, ad-hoc reporting, and special projects
Accuracy, Compliance & Continuous Improvement- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all processed transactions
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism
- Identify and communicate issues or process improvements to support efficient accounting operations
- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You BringRequired- Experience supporting accounting or accounts payable functions
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
Preferred- Accounting degree or certificate
- Experience with accounting or agency management systems (Sagitta experience a plus)
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sorting, and filtering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
