About the Role

NK Consultancy is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to find an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounting team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy, process, and keeping vendor accounts running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process invoices, check requests, and other day-to-day accounts payable tasks

• Apply coding to vendor invoices and maintain supporting documentation

• Electronically document third-party invoicing

• Audit and post outstanding vendor payments

• Process weekly payment requests and record electronic bank payments

• Maintain accurate records of upcoming and future payments due

• Reconcile accounts and vendor statements, identifying and correcting discrepancies

What You Bring

• A combination of experience and education equivalent to 5 years in accounting or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Ability to sit/stand, use hands and fingers for computer/phone work, with close vision requirements for extended computer use

• Light to moderate lifting; regular, predictable attendance required
