Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Daily Timely Processing of accounts payable related transactions involving high volume vendor invoices
• Daily Verify data in the system through review and supporting documentation examination for accuracy, proper authorization, correct department obligations and appropriate allocations.
• Weekly Reconcile vendor statement, investigate discrepancies, and resolving invoice disputes through communications with the vendors and or internal team/department members.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• 1-2 years’ experience in an applicable field is preferred, but not required. H Mart has an extensive training program and candidates with the equivalent office experience will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experience with computerized accounting systems (SAP R3 experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with Strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management and work prioritization
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Must speak, read and write Korean and Basic English comprehension required.

Pay range:

• $52k-68k per year 

Work Hours:

• MON-FRI, 8:00am to 5:00pm
