Job Summary T he Accounts Payable Specialist supports the Finance Department by processing and reviewing financial transactions related to employees, suppliers, and customers. This role ensures compliance with established requirements, maintains accurate records, and assists in resolving discrepancies. The position contributes to accounting, cost analysis, tax, and other business objectives through efficient handling of accounts payable and related financial processes. Key Responsibilities Co llect, process, and distribute financial data to support accounting and business objectives. Manage collection and disbursement transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers. Review transactions for compliance with established requirements. Process financial documents and reports, performing basic reconciliations. Assist in resolving discrepancies by coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and other organizations. Support travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control activities. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transacti ons. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of related experience in accounts payable or accounting support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to review and process financial transactions accurately. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and externa l stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Familiarity with compliance requirements related to accounts payable processes. Prior experience in payroll or travel accounting. Education: High School
