Compensation: Approximately $50 per hour ($100,000+ annually DOE)

A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts payable background and hands-on experience working with Amazon, online marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor invoices, payments, credits, and vendor accounts.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support cash flow management and payment scheduling.
• Analyze marketplace transactions, deductions, fees, and vendor billing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Amazon, marketplace, or e-commerce industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
