LHH is currently seeking Accounts Payable Specialists for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities
Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Assist with payment processing and check runs
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and documentation
Support month-end closing activities
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
Qualifications
Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
