We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary assignment. This role supports daily accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices and enter data accurately into the accounting/ERP system
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and expense documentation
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting paperwork
  • Review and respond to incoming email and mail related to accounts payable
  • Prepare spreadsheets and basic reports using Microsoft Excel
  • File and maintain AP documentation in an orderly and compliant manner
  • Provide support to other accounting functions as needed
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support the accounting team
Competencies & Qualifications
  • Prior accounts payable or invoice processing experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
