Position Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Office Location: Tacoma, WA

Worksite Type: Hybrid 4 days in office. Optional WFH on Monday or Friday, your choice!

Compensation: $80k to $95k + 12% bonus potential based on company performance.

Reports to: AP Manager

Team Description: In addition to you as AP Supervisor, there is a second AP Supervisor and 10 AP Clerks. The AP Manager has grown up through the ranks of the AP Department and so is very knowledgeable about the whole department. Super nice guy!!

Hours/Schedule: 8am to 5pm, ok to start and end earlier if you prefer

Systems: FSM

Challenges: This AP Team is a shared service across 8 Business Units, so there are multiple teams and systems to work with.

Other: No travel is planned for AP Supervisor.

This job:

• Escalation path for the AP Clerks

• Leading and mentoring the team

• Handling administration of one-off AP items

• Maintaining a robust internal control environment

• Supporting integration of recent acquisitions

We are looking for:

• A natural leader who is experienced at supervising

• Deep AP experience, with a preference for experience from larger companies

• Bachelors Degree in Business is preferred

Interview Process is IN PERSON:

• First Interview with AP Manager

• Second Interview with Assistant Controller

• Third Interview with Director of Finance, if necessary
