A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP department during an exciting period of growth and transition. Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Code invoices and ensure proper approvals are obtained
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements
Assist with payment processing and AP reporting
Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Support various accounts payable functions as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of previous accounts payable experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Onsite role, full time role in Tulsa, OK
Overtime available during peak periods
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
