Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant (3-Month Assignment)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to support a busy accounting team for approximately 3+ months. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. Business casual office setting.

Schedule:

• Approximately 30-38 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Data entry

• Filing and document management

• Review and resolve Accounts Payable issues

• Research discrepancies and communicate with appropriate contacts

• Support the Accounts Payable team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Excel proficiency

• Fast learner with a willingness to take direction

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
