Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Support accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, and other business functions by collecting, processing, and distributing financial data
Process transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers across accounts payable and receivable
Assist with travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control activities
Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare financial documents and reports and perform basic reconciliations
Investigate and help resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
