HTSS is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing company in Bethlehem! If you're organized, enjoy working with numbers, and love helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your accounting career.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and send customer invoices
Review billing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
Communicate with customers to answer billing questions
Maintain account records and assist with month-end activities
Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues
What We're Looking For:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
ERP experience is a plus
