Job Summary:This role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable team by focusing on reconciliation, issue resolution, and analysis of financial transactions across various payment methods and currencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cash application, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash application.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve AR-related problems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AR function.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash application or a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This role requires experience in financial operations, particularly within accounts receivable environments that handle eCommerce payments and multi-currency transactions.
