Trident Consulting is currently seeking a "Accounts Receivable Analyst " for one of our industry-leading clients.

Role: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Rate: $27/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle invoicing, cash application, collections follow-up, and account reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and aged balances
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and AR reports
  • Assist with audit requests and financial documentation
  • Work with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve issues
  • Support process improvements and maintain compliance with accounting standards
Required Skills:
  • 4 6 years of Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliations, collections, and cash applications
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
  • Ability to resolve transactional issues independently
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
