We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst

Target total compensation ranges from $105,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

The role supports the management of Rokt's trade receivables across regions, products, and customers. This role focuses on day-to-day collections activities to ensure timely cash collection, accurate AR records, and a positive customer experience. Cash collections fuel Rokt's growth and healthy AR benefits the entire Rokt Network and drives value for Rokt'Stars and Investors.

Relationships matter now more than ever - you will work closely with customers, GTM, billing, cash applications and other teams to resolve issues, follow up on balances, and provide business insights to improve our processes to support our global Network, which grows each and every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end AR and collections process, helping to ensure timely cash collection and strong working capital.
  • Perform collections activities (sending statements, following up on overdue invoices, documenting customer communications) and escalate risks or disputes as needed.
  • Partner with Billing, Cash Applications, and GTM to resolve billing queries and disputes, ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Assist with month‑end close and reporting activities related to AR (e.g., reconciliations, bad debt provision support, audit requests, and AR aging/collections reporting).
  • Identify and drive process and system improvements (e.g., automation, dunning workflows, collections tools), while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
