Position Responsibilities:

  • The Accounts Receivable Analyst seeks solutions to customer and Accounts Receivable (AR) balance needs, analyzes trends, and presents innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
  • As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will provide management with reports that analyze and communicate operational risks and performance while supporting on-going internal and external audits by maintaining strong documentation
  • You will perform general ledger account and customer statement reconciliations, handle accounting tasks, train teammates, and lead department research
  • You will lead a broad array of AR activities such as, cash receipts, adjustments, contacting sales for chargebacks and deductions
  • You will conduct user-acceptance testing for new applications by analyzing team performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor''s Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
