  • Opportunity to own a specialized area of revenue operations from start to finish

  • Established organization with a collaborative, team-focused culture

  • Monitor receivables activity and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

  • Review contracts and ensure billing terms are applied accurately

  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between reporting, contracts, and payments

  • Partner with internal departments to resolve billing questions and support revenue accuracy

  • Analyze payment trends and identify potential collection or credit risks before they become larger issues

  • Support month-end activities through aging analysis, accrual support, account reviews, and reporting

  • Utilize Excel and reporting tools to organize, reconcile, and analyze large volumes of financial data

  • Help improve processes and strengthen controls as the accounting team continues to evolve and scale

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Operations, Collections, or related accounting experience

  • Strong understanding of invoice management, cash applications, account reconciliations, and aging reports

  • Experience working within ERP or accounting platforms

  • Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis

  • Ability to independently manage priorities and work through complex account issues

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems, reports, and business relationships simultaneously

  • Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Personality Fit

The ideal candidate is:

  • Naturally curious and enjoys digging into discrepancies until the root cause is identified

  • Self-sufficient and confident managing responsibilities with limited oversight

  • Analytical but also relationship-oriented

  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and processes

  • A proactive communicator who takes ownership instead of waiting for direction

  • Someone who enjoys being part of a high-accountability, collaborative team environment

Benefits & Work Environment

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO offerings

  • Stable organization focused on long-term employee development and retention
