Accounts Receivable Analyst
Our client, a growing and established organization in Tempe, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working with data, analyzing accounts, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to improve cash flow and collections processes.
This role is fully onsite and requires strong Microsoft Excel skills. Candidates with business-to-business (B2B) accounts receivable experience are highly encouraged to apply. The salary range is between $50,000-$55,000k
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree preferred
2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or AR Analysis experience
Experience working in a corporate, manufacturing, distribution, construction, service, or similar business environment
Healthcare AR experience alone will not qualify
Strong account reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
VLOOKUPs
Pivot Tables
SUMIFS
Data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
