The position is full time working out of the Theodore office.Position DutiesReview, revise, and generate customer invoices for asphalt sales and construction projectsPrepare and record daily depositsProcess credit card paymentsMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up to ensure timely collectionsMaintain strong, professional relationship with customersPrepare daily production report and distribute to management.Provide prompt and courteous response to all internal and external inquiriesProvide data entry with accuracy and attention to detailSupport a collaborative team environment and contribute to group successAnswer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately.Demonstrate exceptional research, communication, and customer service skillsManage a high-volume workload with efficiency and professionalismExhibit strong multi-tasking, follow-through and follow-up capabilitiesMeet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environmentAssist with special projects and provide general accounting support as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredCollege experience or equivalent work experience5 years Accounts Receivable experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsEEO: Wiregrass Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
