Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset Specialist

Salary: $60-70K

What your future day will look like:

• Apply customer payments, monitor account balances, and maintain accurate AR records within the ERP system.
• Follow up on outstanding balances while working with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies such as short payments or unapplied cash.
• Prepare commission calculations and reports while partnering with sales and finance teams for accuracy.
• Support month?end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records, assist with depreciation and capital tracking, and support related accounting tasks.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles
• Experience working with ERP systems, with SAP strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Understanding of AR processes and basic accounting principles, including fixed assets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership?driven work style
