Accounts Receivable Assistant
Temporary-to-Hire | Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00 per hour Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid or Onsite)
An established entertainment company in Century City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant for atemporary-to-hire opportunity. This role will support the finance team with a strong focus on reviewing the accuracy of payment distributions, reconciliations, and AR support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate the accuracy of payment distributions and remittances
Assist with applying and reconciling customer payments in the accounting system
Research and resolve discrepancies related to cash receipts and distributions
Support AR reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation as needed
Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as assigned
Qualifications
1+ year of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Experience reviewing payment distributions or cash applications preferred
Entertainment industry or agency experience a plus
Proficiency with Excel; accounting software experience preferred
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
