Accounts Receivable Assistant

Temporary-to-Hire | Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid or Onsite)

An established entertainment company in Century City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant for atemporary-to-hire opportunity. This role will support the finance team with a strong focus on reviewing the accuracy of payment distributions, reconciliations, and AR support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate the accuracy of payment distributions and remittances
  • Assist with applying and reconciling customer payments in the accounting system
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to cash receipts and distributions
  • Support AR reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation as needed
  • Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience reviewing payment distributions or cash applications preferred
  • Entertainment industry or agency experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel; accounting software experience preferred
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
