What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for:
Processing customer payments and applying receipts to accounts accurately
Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining current account records

Communicating with customers regarding payment status and account inquiries
Reconciling account discrepancies and researching billing issues
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
