What You'll Do


As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Processing customer payments and applying receipts to accounts accurately
• Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining current account records
• Reviewing outstanding balances and following up on past-due invoices
• Communicating with customers regarding payment status and account inquiries
• Reconciling account discrepancies and researching billing issues

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
