WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Manage customer deductions, disputes, and documentation requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with customers and distributors.
Apply customer payments, match incoming payments, record deductions, and ensure accurate, compliant AR posting.
Ensure timely invoice dispatch, monitor collections against contractual terms, and follow up on overdue accounts through regular aging analysis.
Serve as the primary contact for AR related inquiries, resolving account issues and communicating progress and solutions.
Review and evaluate customer disputes based on order details, product circumstances, and policy requirements.
Coordinate claims processing with Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics to ensure complete and accurate review before settlement.
Maintain compliance with nVent policies, internal controls, and applicable credit management regulations.
Prepare and distribute AR reports, including revenue status, aging, KPIs, and ad‑hoc analyses for month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end, and audit needs.
Support month‑end close activities and contribute to cash forecasting and bad‑debt analysis.
Identify process improvements, participate in efficiency initiatives, and recommend solutions to enhance AR operations.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business is preferred.
1+ year experience in Finance and Accounting (Cash Management, Customer. Support, Credit Management, Collections, Litigations).
Fluent English (both speaking and writing).
MS Office - especially Excel (medium-cash app / advanced-cost recovery: Pivots, VLOOKUP, If, Count, etc.)
Display the required accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with client accounts and information.
Effective communication skills.
Proactive behavior, result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy.
