Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

• Process daily cash receipts and update the AR ledger by customer
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash deposits and control sheets
• Handle credit card deposits and maintain supporting documentation
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and claims
• Respond to AR inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support filing, documentation, and special accounting projects

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage transactional volume and reconciliations
