Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a busy accounting team. This role focuses on account management, customer relations, payment collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
- Review and process credit applications
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
- Apply and reconcile customer payments
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable functions
- Assist with consignment account administration
Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills
- ERP system experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
