Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you are responsible for:

• Customer Service.
• Working directly with Outside Sales Staff.
• Daily collection calls on assigned accounts.
• Monitoring customer accounts for Non-Payment, late payment, and other Irregularities.
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Responding to customer questions and requests.
• Researching and processing charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
• Assisting with Lien filings and joint check agreements.
• Assisting with related special projects (as required).

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Experience working in JDEdwards.
• Ability to multi-task. 
• At Least 1-2 years of related experience.
