Rosina Food Products has been a family-owned leader in premium frozen Italian foods for over 60 years. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team. What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate customer invoicing and timely cash application while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Record and apply customer payments received through lockbox and mail.
- Review invoices for accuracy before processing.
- Investigate customer deductions and obtain approvals for allowances.
- Issue credit memos for returns, damages, and other adjustments.
- Work directly with customers and brokers to resolve invoicing issues and delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer account records.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
