They are looking for a detail-oriented AR professional to join their team and help keep billing and collections running smoothly.
What You'll Do

• 
  Prepare and process invoices for agricultural products and services
  
• 
  Post customer payments, deposits, credits, and adjustments
  
• 
  Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
  
• 
  Research billing discrepancies and escalate as needed
  
• 
  Upload invoices and retrieve remittance details from customer portals
  
• 
  Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
  
• 
  Maintain organized AR records and documentation
  
• 
  Provide excellent service to internal teams and external customers
  

What You Need

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  
• 
  1+ year of AR, billing, or accounting experience (agriculture industry a plus)
  
• 
  Solid Excel and data entry skills
  
• 
  Accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) a plus
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• 
  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
