Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Position Type: Full time
Pay rate: $21.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Jobsite Location: Doral
Basic duties and responsibilities:
- Balance and close the prior day's daily deposit transactions
- Record Payments in the Daily Report Log
- Review incoming banking transactions and advise credit analyst of payments
- Previous day composite report
- Intraday composite report
- Return / Redeposit - Post broker payments and direct deposit payments (ACH and Wire payments)
- Filing of documents
- Prepare and process checks
- Prepare payment information onto Excel Spreadsheet
- Post bad debt
- Post to General Ledgers
- Verify email deposits if they have been posted
- Incoming calls from brokers, TM, or customers
- Analyze customer accounts when issues occur
