Accounts Receivable Clerk

Compensation: $41,600–$45,760 annually| Nappanee, IN | Full-Time | On-Site

A well-established manufacturing company in the Nappanee area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices
• 
  
• Process and apply customer payments
• 
  
• Monitor customer accounts and collections activity
• 
  
• Research and resolve customer inquiries
• 
  
• Reconcile account balances and maintain accurate records
• 
  
• Prepare bank deposits as needed
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• 
  
• Experience working within large ERP systems is required
• 
  
• AS400 experience is a plus
• 
  
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
