Client in Greenville, SC is in the market for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Candidate

Position: Accounting Support Role — Accounts/Receivable & Collections

Pay Range: $23.00–$26.00 per hour – TEMP/HIRE

Hours:  8am-5pm (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Generation: Create and send accurate invoices to assigned customers.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are properly recorded and investigate discrepancies.

• Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices, send reminders, and employ collection strategies to secure timely payments.

• Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions regarding invoices, payments, or account status professionally and promptly.

• Reporting: Prepare aging reports and monitor receivables.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, assist with audits, support month-end accounting processes, and perform other duties as assigned.
